I would give the customer service 10 stars if I could!! They are always amazing here!! I'm not afraid to try anything new here( which I DID! The pizza was 1/2 Bacon and Pickles, the other side, Crispy Chicken and Ricotta. Ok, so my hubby messed up on the Pickles and Bacon - cooked to perfection but weird( his fault), Chicken and Ricotta... AMAZING!!! The Salad with BBQ Chicken? DELIGHTFUL!! 4/12/24- got another amazing meal, Bread sticks, a gigantic salad, loaded with every extra I asked for including delicious grilled mushrooms, and a chicken finger sub with BBQ sauce for the hubby. We had plenty of leftovers!
My coworker and I just grabbed lunch at Papa Gino’s. Atianna helped us at the front and she was SO friendly and welcoming!! Our first impression walking in was fabulous!! I got the lunch combo (2 slices of pizza and a drink for 8.99) and my coworker got a pepperoni melt and we split an order of mozzarella sticks. All of it was delicious! The food came out really fast too! They only offer bottled drinks, so that is something to keep in mind and it is Pepsi products only. I was excited about this, but I know there are a lot of hardcore Coca Cola fans. There was not anything wrong with the atmosphere (It was clean and everything) it just was just a little outdated. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town. Thanks for the great service!
Taylor really runs the store wonderfully. She has become a staple in my household and makes family take out night is always a treat. The pizza is delicious and a New England classic. The team is always so kind even in a rush. Happy to have a papas near.
I love the Papa Gino’s in Waltham. Alex at the register is always so polite and Taylor the GM runs a great team that you can tell enjoy working together. The pizza is great and always fresh. The papa bites are one of my favorites and the meatball sub is perfect change if you don’t just want pizza. I look forward to going back.
Taylor is amazing! She is extremely friendly, professional, and cares about customer satisfaction. She gives you exactly what you want.The food here is wicked awesome. I got an XL pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The atmosphere is comfortable and had a home feeling. I give Papa Ginos on Lexington St in Waltham Mass more than 5 stars!!!
Of all the Papa Gino's this is the best one Don't go anywhere else. Everywhere else is Papa Gino's pizza is not the same. If you want the best Papa Gino's pizza go to this one. All other ones are subpar. Alex Taylor Angela Mike Mimi!
Excellent staff, and even better service! I am a regular at this Papa Gino’s, and I’ve tried many. I actively come back to this city because of how immaculate their customer service is, and how much care and attention to detail they have. When I have an issue, the GM Taylor, goes out of her way to make it right. She is all smiles and laughs are a common place thing at this location. I absolutely love coming here, not just for the outstanding tasting pizza, but for the outstanding service and hospitality. Each staff member radiates this energy and you can absolutely tell is from management. She treats her employees like they are a family, they work together in a streamline way. Each employee has amazing customer service skills and they truly put the work in every day. GIVE THIS MANAGER A RAISE AND GIVE THESE EMPLOYEES A BONUS OR SOMETHING! I can say with the utmost confidence that I plan on going nowhere else for pizza, when I can go to Waltham Papa Gino’s and get delicious pizza from smiling faces. You can have a bad day going in, but you better believe that your day is going to be great after coming here! Whether you dine in or take out, you can put your trust in this team and this location.
